One of The World's Greatest Snacks -- A Healthy Treat for a Lean BodyWhy pistachios not only taste delicious, but are also
jam-packed with nutrition for your lean healthy bodyby Cat Ebeling, RN, BSN & Mike Geary, Certified Nutrition
SpecialistSome people mistakenly think that pistachios are a "fattening" food... but despite having
loads of healthy fats, these yummy little snacks can actually HELP you to burn off stomach fat. Let's see why...Do you remember eating pistachios when they used to be dyed a deep
pinkish/red? They were always so delicious, but after eating a bunch of those bright "red" nuts, your fingers and
hands would be stained red.Pistachios, as we now
know, do not grow as magenta-colored nuts but come in a nice natural tan colored shell with a mild-tasting, crunchy, green
and yellow interior. Nuts have risen in popularity lately, but did you know that pistachios are probably one of the most nutritious
of all nuts? It's hard to compare anything to
the nutritional benefit of nuts like almonds, walnuts, and pecans... but pistachios give them a run for the money!Just a one-ounce serving of pistachios will give you over 30 vitamins, minerals and other super nutrients. One of the best things about nuts in general, is that they are full of minerals that are
VITAL to our body's proper functioning. And if you have paid much attention to nutrition news lately, you may be aware that
minerals are getting harder and harder to obtain from our diet, and many people are mineral-deficient in one way or another. So what are these great nutrients in pistachios? Well for starters, pistachios are full of copper, phosphorus, and
manganese (different from magnesium).Copper is made up of multiple enzymes that help to create many of the necessary biochemical
reactions in your body and also forms connective tissue. Manganese
also helps form connective and skeletal tissue, and is instrumental in growth, reproduction and (this is good!) carbohydrate
and fat metabolism. Phosphorus is very important for strong bones
and teeth and works with calcium to prevent osteoporosis.Other important minerals are magnesium -- necessary for
more than 300 different important biochemical reactions in your body, and good for your heart and blood pressure; potassium --an electrolyte that keeps the body in the correct acid/base balance
and also helps in forming proteins, metabolizing carbohydrates and building muscle. And there is more to this nutritional powerhouse...
Pistachios are a rich source of B vitamins. B vitamins are essential for good
nerve transmission, muscle building, a good mood, lots of energy, and infection-fighting power. They are also one of the highest
protein nuts (as well as healthy fats), so they make a great satisfying snack that keeps your blood sugar and insulin at a
good steady level. In one study on pistachios and
antioxidants, pistachios ranked up in the group with the highest amount of antioxidant activity above over 100 other foods.
Antioxidants help to prevent free radical damage, which saves your cells and prevents aging and disease among other things. We hear a lot about eye health and nutrients for the eyes lately,
and guess what-- pistachios contain generous amount of lutein and zeaxanthin
which prevent macular degeneration and other eye diseases related to aging.FiberLast but not least, pistachios are full of appetite satisfying fiber -- as much as a serving
of oatmeal.Nuts in general are a great source
of fiber, which is valuable for fighting cancer, controlling blood sugar, and aids in a feeling of fullness. Most people only
get about half the recommended amount of fiber they need in their diets, so eating pistachios will help add to your dietary
intake.Healthy FatsWhile
eating extremely large quantities of pistachios would be a LOT of calories... the good news is that the protein, good fats
and fiber in them are nutritious and satisfy so much of the nutrient needs of your body, it's VERY difficult to overeat them.Even when only eating small servings of these nuts, they have been
proven to provide a high rate of satiety. Besides, having to shell all those pistachios actually ends up making you eat them
a little more slowly, so the message to your brain that you are full happens on less nuts than if you were eating something
already out of its shell.Try to go for the all-natural
or organic pistachios with no salt of low salt. Some brands of pistachios are a bit heavy on the salt.

This week, President Obama signed the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act -- first major bipartisan bill enacted since the election
by a deeply polarized congress. The act will replace junk food in school lunches and vending machines with more healthful
options. Several jurisdictions have taken similar action. The Hawaii, California, New York, and Florida legislatures
passed resolutions recommending vegan school options. Last year, the Baltimore City public school system became the first
in the nation to offer its 80,000 students a weekly meat-free lunch. According to the School Nutrition Association, 65% of
U.S. schools now offer vegetarian lunch options. In the past, USDA has used the National School Lunch Program
as a dumping ground for surplus meat and dairy commodities. Not surprisingly, 90 percent of American children consume excessive
amounts of fat, and only 15 percent eat the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. These early dietary flaws
become lifelong addictions, raising the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Those who care about our
children’s health should demand healthful plant-based school meals, snacks, and vending machine items. Additional

John Hopkins Update AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY
IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY ('TRY', BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS
HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY.
Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins :
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body.
These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer
patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect
the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.
3 When the person's immune system is
strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple
nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing
diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves
poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing
healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs
etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged
use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either
compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult
to destroy. Surgerycan also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the
cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply..
*CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important
food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses, but
only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white
in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes
the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer
feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics,
growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh
vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into analkaline environment.
About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and
reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for
building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables
2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at
temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better
alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and
heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is
difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied
and leads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell
walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls
of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. Some supplements build
up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer
cells to destroy cancer cells.. Other supplements like
vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted,
or unneeded cells.
15. Cancer is a disease of the mind,
body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger,
un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic
environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising
daily, and deep breathing help
to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.
1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water
bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in
microwave.
Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter
Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins
are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic
bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager
at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.
He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods
that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately
into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating
food You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should
be removed from the container and heated in something else. Pa per isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's
just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved
away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just
as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins
to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

Today I have an article contributed by my colleague Rob Poulos. In it, Rob explains why so much mass confusion exists about
fat burning, and how to avoid this and get yourself on the right path for lifelong fitness. **The Mass Confusion
That Dominates In Fat Loss & Fitness Today By Rob Poulos, Creator of the Fat-Burning Furnace System http://FatBurningFurnace.netPeople are confused more than ever about how to burn fat. They are confused about the best way to
go about achieving the body they want. They are confused about what works and what doesn't, and the reasons why.
There are countless individuals slaving away in gyms and fitness centers around the country right now. They
are working tirelessly, almost every day, on the treadmill, stair-climber, elliptical, etc. to burn those calories and fat.
They also might be lifting weights several times a week for hours at a time to build some strength and muscle. They
might even join a few aerobics or spinning classes too. They are probably also trying one of the latest diet strategies
that promises miracle fat burning and weight loss. They could also be spending a lot of money on the latest and greatest
dietary supplements that could be that miracle pill that will aid in weight loss. They are also carefully
watching the scale as their main judge of fat loss progress. If it goes up a pound or two, they may behave rashly and
maybe even change up their entire workout or diet program! And of course there are others are doing variations on that same
theme. After all, this is the kind of stuff that many of the popular fitness and diet gurus typically recommend
to burn fat. But with so many different strategies and plans being pushed as the be all and end all, what happens is
we tend to go overboard. And when that happens, we lose sight of what really matters in achieving lifelong
fat burning, fitness and health…the principles than many people don't know about, most people have forgotten, and only
a select few put to use to achieve lifelong health and fitness. These are the same principles I used to drop over 40
pounds of unwanted body fat, keep it off, and revitalize my life! With any exercise or nutrition program, you'll
probably lose some fat initially, but far too often the progress doesn't continue or doesn't come as fast as the person would
like because they're using a temporary mindset. They're only focused on the short term and one specific goal.
So they end up switching to something else, and the cycle continues until they've become consumed by this cycle of confusion.
I believe that this is one of the biggest, if not the #1 reason for the lack of fat loss and fitness progress
that is being experienced by the masses of exercisers and dieters in the world. They are jumping from one fad diet or
exercise routine to another, while losing sight of what's really important, and what really works. Simply put, they
are exercising far too much, not nearly intensely enough, and trying to adhere to unrealistic diet recommendations. If instead they focused on a long term plan, a lifestyle as it's often called, and didn't worry about "losing 10 pounds
by summer", they would find it far easier to do the right things most of the time. And those right things include
brief, progressive, and intense resistance training, eating a diet full of nutrient rich foods, drinking tons of water, and
getting plenty of quality sleep and rest. The students of my Fat Burning Furnace method understand this
and are reaping the life long health and fitness rewards because of it. Are you? Rob Poulos is
an expert fitness author and the founder and CEO of Zero to Hero Fitness. Rob created his "Fat Burning Furnace"
system to help those looking to put an end to restrictive fad diets, long boring cardio workouts, and the need for super-human
willpower for good.

If you’ve searched out acai berry products, you’ve probably read about and researched dozens, and there are hundreds more you could learn about. With all of these
choices out there, you may find it incredibly difficult to decide which of them is going to be the best acai berry product for you. It can be very hard to decide, especially since so many of them look about the same. The truth is that any
product that contains only 100% acai berry extract is going to give you the same benefits. They only difference is how often you take the product and what the costs are. Some
of these products are very overpriced. There are a number of acai berry extract products that do contain other ingredients,
and you should look at the complete list of what is in the product before purchasing it. Some contain extract of other fruits
like the blueberry, which others may contain green tea. Products with green tea in them contain caffeine, which is something
to consider if you’re trying to limit your caffeine intake. Overall, one way to cut out some of your choices is to compare
ingredients. If you only want the acai berry, don’t settle for a product that contains other stuff.

**Killer 11-minute workout
In case it gives you any ideas, here's a killer high intensity fat burning workout that I did with a friend
today... the entire sequence was done in 11 minutes and we were drenched in sweat from the intensity. You can do more or less
based on your current fitness level:
a. 1-arm dbell swings (alternate arms every 5 reps) - 3 minutes straight as
many reps as possible.
rest 1 min
b. 1-arm dbell snatches (alt arms every 5 reps) - 3 minutes straight
as many reps as possible.
rest 1 min
c. Dbell renegade rows (alt arms after each rep) - 10 reps each
arm.
rest 30 seconds
d. Floor mountain climbers - 30 seconds max reps.
rest 30 seconds
e. Floor mountain jumpers - 30 seconds max reps.
Total workout time = 11 minutes of metabolism
boosting insanity!
It may sound like an easy and short workout, but those first 6 minutes of non-stop swings and
snatches will leave even the leanest and meanest trainee gasping for breath.
**Honey vs. Sugar
I'm sure from reading these newsletters, you already know my stance that artificial sweeteners are pretty much one of
the most evil things you can put in your body.
This leaves many people confused about what to use to sweeten their
tea and other food and drink.
First of all, the less of any sweetener you can use, the better... if you can slowly
over time adjust your taste buds to enjoy the natural taste of foods and drink without the need for heavily sweetening them,
you'll see many benefits for your body.
However, this leaves the question... If I really want to at least use
a little sweetener, should I use sugar or honey?
The easy answer is that honey is better for you than refined sugar.
Keep in mind that they are both calorie dense and eating large amounts of honey will still make you deposit body fat.
However, refined sugar is a "negative" nutrient...it's literally devoid of nutrition and using it actually
makes your body use up stored nutrients to process it.
Honey on the other hand has many beneficial nutrients,
enzymes, and antioxidants... raw honey is best as typical honey processing destroys many of the enzymes and antioxidants that
give the benefits. I won't use any honey other than raw honey. You can find raw honey at certain health food stores
or online at:
Also, honey has been shown in several studies to improve the body's ability to process
glucose, whereas refined sugar negatively affects your body's ability to process glucose over time.
In fact,
I don't use refined sugar for anything at all. It's either raw honey, pure maple syrup (not fake corn syrup), or stevia
for all of my sweetening needs. Those are better choices than processed sugar or artificial sweeteners

450 lbs of lard, a 1-lb cheeseburger and 5 sodasPure Laziness... Before I start on the 450 lbs
of lard story... I've got a quick rant about laziness that I noticed at the airport today. While
catching my flight from philly to san diego today, I was taking the walk down one of those LONG terminals to my
gate, and I came to one of those conveyor-belt walkways to help you walk faster through the long terminals. My pet peeve on these things is when lazy people think this is some sort of "amusement
park ride" and just STAND on the walkway conveyor! Are you serious?!? I
see this ALL the time at airports. How lazy have some of us become that we can't WALK on a "walkway". I think that some people don't understand that the sole purpose of these is to WALK
FASTER by combining the conveyor with your walking, and not to just stand there to save you from walking at all. Anyone that is overweight and stands on an airport walkway for a "ride" instead
of walking deserves to be fat... because that is just pure laziness at it's worst! Alright,
enough of that rant.
450 lbs of Pure Gluttony (and
selfishness) So here's the story about 450 lbs of lard,
a 1-lb cheeseburger, a plate of fries, and 5 sodas... I went to dinner
last weekend with some good friends and I have to say that we were all astonished and disgusted at the gluttony we saw
at the table next to us. A man that had to weigh about 450
lbs was eating at the table next to us with his wife and 2 young kids. This
man was so overweight that his stomach fat actually hung almost all the way to the ground as he sat in his chair. Now don't get me wrong, IF this man sincerely wanted to change his life, I would
be more than willing to help and try to help him overcome whatever in his life has led him to become so overweight. My problem is that he was certainly NOT trying to lose any of this weight... And this is NOT a genetics issue... this is all about lifestyle. As I munched on my lean ostrich burger... we sat there in astonishment and watched
him devour an entire 1-lb cheeseburger (if you've seen half lb burgers, then imagine how big a 1-lb burger
is!), along with an entire plate of greasy fries, as well as guzzling down no less than 4 or 5 sugar-laden sodas (as
well as eating some of his kids food too). He obviously doesn't care
that he's about 300 lbs overweight... he certainly wasn't trying to improve his health with this monstrous display
of gluttony, eating probably over 4,000 calories in one sitting. But
the WORST part of this whole thing is that he's utterly SELFISH for being that far overweight. Yes, that's
right... it's downright selfish to be THAT overweight. The whole
time I couldn't help but feel so bad for those 2 poor little kids that are probably going to lose their father due
to health problems in a few years... or the wife that could be a widow at any time now... all because of this
man's selfishness and obvious lack of care for his health. I wondered
about his relationship with his kids and how he can't play sports with them or do other things that I remember so fondly
from my youth... He could barely walk for that matter, so I can't
think he can throw a ball with his kids, take them on a hike, or teach them how to swing a bat or a golf club. I
have so many fond memories of my youth spent playing baseball and hockey with my dad, going on fishing trips, and doing other
active things with him. I feel bad that those kids with the 450-lb dad will never get to experience those types of activities
with their dad. And it's frightening to wonder what types of habits
those kids are learning by watching their dad eat 4,000 calories at a sitting at their meal times. What bad habits are they
going to pick up in their lives by seeing lifestyle examples like this on a daily basis? ...Some
food for thought for sure. I'll be sending out a newsletter in a
few days that explains some research on infrequent overeating and how "planned cheat days" actually increases your
fat burning hormones and can revamp metabolic rate during periods of calorie-reduction. The key term is INFREQUENT
overeating. Look for that in the next few days. To
finish up for today, here's an article that's been a popular one here on my site about changing your taste buds to
eat healthier: http://www.truthaboutabs.com/food-tastes-addiction-healthy-eating.html MiKe Geary Don't be lazy (or gluttonous)... be lean.

Foods ths claim to be healthy but aren'tI was at the grocery store yesterday and had to shake my head at all of the deceptive labels with everything claiming all
sorts of things that are supposedly "healthy", but aren't really. One of the things that really
disturbed me was that I saw several examples of healthy foods in their natural state, but I saw counterfeit versions of these
foods claiming that they were healthier than the original... Yet in reality, all of these counterfeit versions
were actually MUCH worse for you than the original... and they still have the balls to claim that their overly processed "junkified"
versions are better. This is food marketing deception at it's worst! **Example #1: Product
claiming "Better than peanut butter" This product is ludicrous! I can't believe anyone would ever
believe that this junk is better for them than natural peanut butter. First of all, if you buy a good simple peanut
butter (organic is best), it is usually nothing but 2 ingredients... peanuts and salt. And they don't add much salt so
it's not high in sodium. However, this counterfeit peanut butter which claimed it was "better than peanut
butter" (trying to seem healthier than peanut butter based on it's label claims) had a list of junk in it you wouldn't
believe. First of all, they strip all of the healthy fats out of the peanuts so that it is a "low fat" product.
Ok, now you've just taken away one of the healthiest parts of the product...the appetite satisfying healthy fats that
you need to control cravings and manage more stable blood sugar levels. To make things worse, the healthy fats
were replaced with 2 different types of sugary syrups as well as additional dehydrated cane juice (aka SUGAR), in addition
to added refined starches. This product has taken something as simple and natural as peanut butter, and
turned it into what should really be called some sort of processed candy. Yet, they claim that it's healthier than peanut
butter. And somehow they get away with deceiving people like this. Don't be their fool! **Example #2: Product
claiming to be "better than eggs". I won't get as detailed on this one because I recently talked
about this entire topic in another newsletter. But basically, this product was just egg whites with a bunch of
added chemical colorings, flavorings, and other nonsense, including fake added vitamins. Again, this product has
essentially ruined a good thing by removing the healthiest part... the YOLKS! And yes, the yolks ARE the healthiest part of
the egg. Anybody that tells you different doesn't understand much about true nutrition. The important thing to look
for in quality whole eggs are cage-free and organic. If you missed the previous article about whole eggs vs egg
whites, you can view it here... http://www.truthaboutabs.com/whole-eggs-or-egg-whites.html**Example #3: A product claiming to be "better than butter". This was essentially crappy
margarine loaded with highly processed and deadly trans fats, yet it had the nerve to claim it was "better than butter". Heck NO! Even low quality butter is healthier than any margarine. One problem with butter is pesticides
and hormones from improperly raised cows. For this reason, you always want to choose organic butter, and
if you can find "grass-fed" butter, then I would even say it can be healthy for you. In fact, adding a little
butter to your steamed vegetables helps your body to absorb more of the vitamins and minerals in the veggies. Also,
due to the content of stable saturated fats in butter, this makes butter one of the best oils to cook with. Oils high in polyunsaturated
oils are the worst to cook with due to their highly unstable nature. Mike Geary http://Truthaboutabs.com

Antioxidents for AthletesWhy do athletes use it?*Some athletes
say that antioxidants - help protect the body
from free radicals.
What do the advocates say?*Antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E,
CoQ10, glutathione, and alpha lipoic acid are important supplements for everyone, but especially for those who exercise on
a regular basis. The rational is that exercise is a highly oxidative process and, as a consequence, produces free radicals
from aerobic metabolism. Antioxidant compounds help alleviate this process. There is conflicting evidence whether the
best time to supplement with an antioxidant is before or after a workout. How much is usually taken by athletes? Most research has demonstrated that strenuous exercise
increases production of harmful substances called free radicals, which can damage muscle tissue and result in inflammation
and muscle soreness. Exercising in cities or smoggy areas also increases exposure to free radicals. Antioxidants, including
vitamin C and vitamin E, neutralize free radicals before they can damage the body, so antioxidants may aid in exercise recovery.
Regular exercise increases the efficiency of the antioxidant defense system, potentially reducing the amount of supplemental
antioxidants that might otherwise be needed for protection. However, at least theoretically, supplements of antioxidant vitamins
may be beneficial for older or untrained people or athletes who are undertaking an especially vigorous training protocol or
athletic event.1 2 Placebo-controlled research, some of it double-blind, has shown that taking
400 to 3,000 mg of vitamin C per day for several days before and after intense exercise may reduce pain and speed up muscle
strength recovery.3 4 5 However, taking vitamin C only after such exercise was not effective
in another double-blind study.6 While some research has reported that vitamin E supplementation in the amount of
800 to 1,200 IU per day reduces biochemical measures of free-radical activity and muscle damage caused by strenuous exercise,7
8 9 several studies have not found such benefits,10 11 12 13
and no research has investigated the effect of vitamin E on performance-related measures of strenuous exercise recovery. A
combination of 90 mg per day of coenzyme Q10 and a very small amount of vitamin E did not produce any protective effects for
marathon runners in one double-blind trial,14 while in another double-blind trial a combination of 50 mg per day
of zinc and 3 mg per day of copper significantly reduced evidence of post-exercise free radical activity.15 In
most well-controlled studies, exercise performance has not been shown to improve following supplementation with vitamin C,
unless a deficiency exists, as might occur in athletes with unhealthy or irrational eating patterns.16 17
Similarly, vitamin E has not benefited exercise performance,18 19 except possibly at high altitudes.20

My name is Clark Harold; I’m a 64 year old retired police officer from New York City, New York. I was always
fascinated with how “senior” celebrities manage to look so good. You look at Harrison Ford or Sylvester Stalone
and can’t help, but wonder “how the hell do they do it?” Of course some of it is due to multiple plastic
surgeries, but not all of it. How do you explain the way that their bodies look? That question piqued my curiosity for
a while, but I never thought that the answer would be so simple yet so powerful and could be applied to me. I’ll explain
how I found the answer in the most unexpected way. Getting older is not fun. Me and my wife like to spend time on our
front porch reminiscing about our follies of youth and how unexpectedly old we got. One day after watching another Grammy’s
awards I decided that we have to change our dull lives and become more energetic, slim and youthful. I turned the internet
upside down, spent countless hours researching the secrets of celebrity looks, but I found nothing but dupe advertisements
and empty promises by Celebrity “Gurus”. It’s all fluff! One day my wife was invited
to an exclusive Christmas party by her “successful” friend, I say “successful” because she was married
to a doctor who was successful. After the delicious dinner in his Mansion we all sat down to watch some TV. A show about older
celebrities was playing at that time. When they showed a picture of Harrison Ford at the beach, I couldn’t help, but
exclaim “How the hell does he do it?!”. The doctor replied: “he takes HGH, that’s how” He
said it in a way that made it seem like the most obvious thing in the world. The guy wasn’t very talkative, but he already
spilled the beans. I went online and started searching for these 3 magic letters. All these celebs
are injecting themselves with HGH every other day. You should try to Google up words “celebrity” and “hga”
together. This is what separates them from the mere mortals like us. Unfortunately injecting yourself with this stuff can
run up to several thousands of dollars a month, and it’s also illegal! I started using a natural supplement called
HGH/HGA energizer that I found on the internet. It makes your body produce larger quantities of HGH/HGA. The results
were pretty impressive. I’m hooked on this stuff, my wife is the only thing that prevents me from over doing it. We
literally feel younger now, lost weight and have much more energy. Even our intimate relationship made a comeback. I
am very grateful to the doctor who told me about this solution. Turns out he’s taking that stuff too! There are a couple
of places online that sell similar products, I personally use HGH/HGA Energizer, it’s cheaper and more effective then other brands. Find out more about it on their site.

God's Food for the Body HmmmIt's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals
and fish... All before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best
& more powerful when eaten raw. We're such slow learners... God left us a great clue as to what foods help what
part of our body! God's Pharmacy! Amazing! That's what Whole Food Vitamins do.
- A sliced
Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating
lines look just like the human eye... And YES, science
now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow
to and function of the eyes.
- A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is
red.
All of the res earch shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart
and blood food.
- Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape
looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows
grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food. - A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right
hemisphere, upper
cerebr! ums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex.
We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
- Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes,
they look exactly like
the human kidneys.
- Celery,
Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods
specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium
and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones,
thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
- Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears
target the health and function of the womb
and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents
c ervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to
ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern
science has only studied and named about 141 of them). Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. - Figs
increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of sperm as well to
overcome male sterility.
- Sweet
Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic
index of diabetics.
- Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries
- Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary
glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
- Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research
shows onions
help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce
tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials
and dangerous free radicals from the body. - More information about whole food vitamins

Do you get enough Vitamins? The term vitamin is derived from the words vital and amine, because vitamins
are required for life and were originally thought to be amines. Although not all vitamins are amines, they are organic compounds
required by humans in small amounts from the diet. An organic compound is considered a vitamin if a lack of that compound
in the diet results in overt symptoms of deficiency. Select a vitamin or supplement at LookGoodFeelGreatSuperstore.Com. The information from the the Linus Pauling Institute's Micronutrient Information Center on vitamins and minerals
is now available in a book titled "An Evidence-Based Approach to Vitamins and Minerals." The book can be purchased
from the Linus Pauling Institute or Thieme Medical Publishers.
